After looking through local and national papers to buy a property in Greece, we came across Medcoast Homes' advert, Greece & Cyprus specialists.
They had lots of different plots of land, and villas for sale; we wanted to see a villa on the lovely sunny island of Zante - so I made the call.
Within in a week, we had all the details of what we thought was to be our retirement/holiday home.
On the 5th of May 2007, we were on one of the first flights of the holiday season to Zante.
The day after we were picked up from our apartment by the Developer, who showed us a range of villas, and then the plot of land we had gone over to see. They were very friendly and could not have been more helpful, they made everything so easy for us. With the help we got from all of them, we are now able to "live the dream", in fact, the villas are such good investments, we were able to buy more than one.
We now have a business that's in its first year  (2008), with the help and advice from everyone at Medcoast Homes, and the Developer, we were able to buy six three bedroomed villas each with pools, that now have rental contracts with major Tour Operators.
With the expertise of Medcoast Homes & the Developer, even the contents are taken care of, if you wish. In just one year we have changed our lives. We are now looking forward to moving to Zante and running our new business "Zantedreams".

Everything we dreamt of and much more

We have returned very refreshed and very, very content/ecstatically happy. The Villa is absolutely wonderful/beautiful to say the least, we love it, it is everything we dreamt of and much more. I am so very happy with the whole quality of the build and the whole service we have constantly received, in Zakynthos from your developer, and here from you. I have to be honest with you when we left the UK we were not really sure what to expect but we are so very happy with everything.

We now need to buy furniture etc, and do something wonderful with the rather large garden/grounds. You know the views are even more spectacular than I had remembered and the colour tiles, kitchen units etc all were perfect. The developer thought of everything really, even the little extra features such as plate, knife, fork, spoon rack, hidden bin in the kitchen units, curtain rail on the kitchen window. We hadn't realized that the window frames and the beautiful front door made out of aluminum they have been  finished with a wood effect, such a wonderful touch. I could go on all day. The rooms are a really good size and the features of the house internally and externally are perfect, just what I had hoped for really.

Anyway, I now have the key to the villa and I asked the Developer to keep the other key for now so that when we are ready to buy the furniture etc they will be able to arrange for it to be placed in the Villa without us having to travel over.

I would really like to thank you for everything, you were constantly supportive and always there for us, and the developer made the transition in Zakynthos so very smooth, I can hardly believe it really. We are now a very happy family.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work in helping us achieve what is nothing short of a dream come true.

The first time I was standing on that hill in Volimes in 2007, there was no house there and even though we have been provided with photos of the build in progress it was still amazing to see it for the first time last week. It was as though it had appeared on the hillside in our absence, made out of its surroundings: the naturally-formed stone. To me, it's a work of art.
